What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a healing and calming style of yoga practice in which the poses are held for up to 5 minutes. By relaxing and letting go, we reach deeper layers of tissue, the fascia and our body is gently stretched. Physical tension, blockages and shortening can be released and healed.
Yin Yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, a holistic and deeply healing ancient technique, and its teaching of the meridians, energy pathways in our body.
Yin Yoga makes it possible to practice mindfulness and to build a deep understanding and trust in our body.

What does a Yin Yoga training bring me?
A training is a deepening of your practice and contains a lot of background knowledge that you don't get in regular yoga classes.
It is often assumed that Yin Yoga is just a prolonged stay in positions, but there is so much more to it. Your knowledge of the physical and energetic body will be deepened.
Furthermore, an apprenticeship enables you to offer your own Yin Yoga courses or workshops. It is of course a basis to know all positions, variations and the philosophy of the practice. You will also learn the basics of teaching, leading lessons and being able to offer your students tools or alternatives.
You will be able to create your own sequences and know which topics and priorities we set in Yin Yoga.
A yoga training is always a personal journey, we get to know ourselves and expand our perspective. We develop trust in our body and strengthen our self-confidence.
