In this Elemental Sound Bath training, we will explore the concept of Sound Bath or Sound Journey and how they can be used for relaxation and healing. This shamanic and unique process involves the use of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and many more, to create a soothing, immersive and unique auditory journey which will allow you to delve into the depths of your subconscious.
