Celebrate the arrival of the new year with a transformative evening dedicated to deepening your connection to body, mind and spirit.
"Soul and Sound" is a sacred journey of renewal and connection as we step confidently into 2026.
Your hosts for the evening are Laura and Vincent (also known as the musician Zeupa) from LaVi Sound and Yoga®.
We'll begin our evening at the LaVi Sound and Yoga Academy with a welcome circle.
Followed by a relaxing yoga session designed to bring inner peace and clarity.
The Yin Yoga class will be supported by live music to deepen your experience.
Afterwards, an exquisite Italian menu will be waiting for us with authentic flavours that nourish both body and soul. We'll have the opportunity to connect and exchange during the four course New Year's Eve menu, cooked by Simone's Health Kitchen. Simone is dedicated to the art of cooking delicious meals, using healthy, local and fresh produce.
During dinner, we'll have the joy to listen to a live concert by Zeupa, who will share his newest album Indigo with us.
After dinner, we'll return to the LaVi Academy where we'll continue our New Year’s Eve journey with the Cacao Ceremony and a Tribal Ecstatic Dance.
The Cacao Ceremony is a sacred medicinal ritual where you choose an intention for the coming year and release blockages, negative emotions and patterns which you want to remove from the last year. This ritual allows us to connect with the love energy in our bodies.
And then we move! All the energy which we're going to build up during the course of the evening can be expressed! In the Ecstatic Dance session, we move freely as the music takes us, leading to a trance-like state and a feeling of ecstasy. We'll be guided through a unique DJ set, a tribal influenced experience of music for body, mind and soul.
The evening ends with a soulful Sound Healing Journey, guiding us into a state of deep relaxation and reflection.
