This 200h yoga TTC will bring you into deep connection with the philosophical background and techniques of yoga.
You'll learn the classic Hatha Yoga postures and how to combine them in a well-founded and creative way into a yoga class. The foundation is classical Hatha Yoga, which is expanded with modern Vinyasa elements.
In this training, Laura shares her experience from 10 years of teaching yoga and invites you on a transformative journey that will deepen your knowledge and practice and promote your spiritual growth.

LaVi Sound and Yoga® Academy Spain is a yoga school recognized by Yoga Alliance® (Registered Yoga School, RYS). Graduates of this school are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

The Intensive Week in Spain
We conclude the hybrid yoga training with an unforgettable in-person week on the sunny Costa Blanca.
At our light-filled academy in Jalón (Xaló)—surrounded by nature and overlooking the surrounding mountains—we immerse ourselves deeply in practice, the art of assisting, and actual teaching.
This intensive week forms the heart of your training and is a requirement for your final certification.
Accommodation in a traditional townhouse
For the duration of your training, a lovingly furnished Spanish townhouse is available to you - located just about 10 minutes from our yoga school.
- Single room with private bathroom: €55 / night
- Single room with shared bathroom: €45 / night
- Double room with shared bathroom: €35 / night
(Includes use of the communal kitchen, common areas, and outdoor space)

The final week of the training takes place at our beautiful academy in JalĂłn (XalĂł) - an inspiring setting with views of the surrounding mountains.
The light-filled space offers the perfect environment for your practice and for sharing with one another.

"I am a certified RYT® 500 yoga teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. Together with my partner Vincent Clénet, I founded LaVi Sound & Yoga® and have been leading my own international yoga teacher training programs since 2018.
Over the years, I have completed advanced training courses with various specializations and learned from internationally renowned teachers—including the Indian teacher Surinder Singh, David Lurey, Mirjam Wagner, Liliana Lakshmi, Jason Crandell, Paul Grilley, and many others.
In this 200-hour hybrid training, I share the extensive knowledge I have gained from over a decade of teaching yoga, aiming to provide you with the best possible support on your journey as a yoga teacher."
