I really can’t thank Vincent and Laura enough for the amazing week and Sound Therapy course they created. In a way the content was not quite what I expected, but it actually far exceeded my expectations.
The training was held in their beautiful studio where we started each day with a different yoga session. We had access to try more sound therapy tools than I even knew existed and to experience what they should sound like.
A huge amount of knowledge was shared and put into practice. Vincent stayed true to his beliefs and thought the course from an intuitive perspective and encouraged us all to trust in ourselves and our own intuition. To anyone considering doing this course but is unsure, just book it. I can’t imagine that anyone could walk away from this in any way disappointed!!

I completed my sound healing training with Laura and Vincent. They are both open, loving and very empathetic people.
Vincent has immense knowledge in the area of ​​sound healing, which he conveys well. He combines this with a strong intuition. The participants are also required to follow their intuition. I particularly liked the large practical parts in which you could apply your knowledge and try out a variety of instruments.
The yoga class in the morning, which was also offered, was also great. The accommodation was good and the food offered throughout the week was very tasty.
All in all, I can highly recommend LaVi. It was a great week with Laura and Vincent in which I was able to learn a lot about sound healing and also myself. Thank you for that!

"This was far more than I ever expected when I booked the Training" 


I want to thank Vincent and Laura from the bottom of my heart for this unique experience! This year (2024) I had the opportunity to participate in the first Sound Healing Training. The group of 6 people was truly perfect. This allowed Vincent and Laura to really attend to everyone individually. No one was left out, and there was enough time to perform the exercises precisely and accurately. Vincent and Laura are incredibly warm-hearted people who do what they love and express it outwardly. Location

This training is taking place in our "LaVi Yoga and Sound Healing Academy" in Jalon, Spain.

Jalon is located in a beautiful valley in the region of Marina Alta on the Costa Blanca, Alicante. Our village is well known for its "Saturday rastro market" and its authentic Spanish atmosphere. The Costa Blanca has the best weather all year around and you can enjoy the sunshine during your training week.
The training is non-residential. We have rented a wonderful city villa close to our “School” for our participants.
Here you can stay in a single room for 60€ per night with included lunch or shared room for 40€ with included lunch and can use the shared kitchen and common spaces during the day.
Our wonderful cook will provide the best healthy, freshly prepared vegetarian food every day, using the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
The lunch is included in the room price.
