What can I expect from this Morning Retreat?
In this morning retreat, Laura and Vincent will share a unique combination of Yin Yoga and Live Sound Healing.
Yin Yoga, a gentle and calm yoga style based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements, sharpens our self-awareness. In this 90 minute Yin Yoga class we will stretch the deep tissue of our body (the fascia) and enhance the flow of energy in our being. Live sound atmospheres, will enhance this yoga practice, bringing you a world of different sounds and healing vibrations and allowing you to immerse yourself deeply.
After a short break, we will experience a one hour Sound Healing Journey - a complete immersion in an acoustic world of musical instruments, collected from all over the globe. A Sound Healing Journey is a deep connection to yourself in an essentially intuitive and shamanic universe. The sounds touch on a very subtle and deep level of emotional awareness. They help to remove blockages on different levels of being.

About Laura and Vincent:
Laura, yoga teacher and Vincent, sound therapist and musician, realised their dream in 2018 and founded LaVi Sound and Yoga. They combine yoga and sound healing and share their passion in teacher trainings, workshops and retreats.
The two have been living on the Costa Blanca, Spain since 2021 where they run their own home studio in Jalon.
