Sound Bath Training

We will dive into the significance of the 5 elements in Sound Bath practice. The five elements - earth, fire, water, air and Space - play a crucial role in creating a harmonious and balanced Sound Bath experience. Understanding how these elements interact with sound, can enhance the effectiveness of your sound healing sessions.

Every single Sound Bath is different. Each time, you can create a new holistic and immersive, unique chamanicexperience for your participants.

We will experiment to play with different instruments and sounds associated with each element to see how they enhance the overall atmosphere and merge into the energy of your Sound Bath. 

We will define how you can tailor your Sound Bath experience to meet your unique needs and preferences while practicing with multiple acoustic instruments.

By personalising your practice you can create a more meaningful and effective sound resonance. It is where the real shamanic and healing process can take place.

As you continue to personalise your Sound Bath practice, remember that it is a journey of self-discovery and exploration. Be open to try new techniques and instruments to see what works best for you. By understanding the healing meaning of an Elemental Sound Bath, you can create a sacred and safe space for relaxation, healing, and inner process.

This training is taking place in our LaVi Sound and Yoga® Academy in Jalon, Spain in the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community.

A popular village in the Jalon/Xalò Valley located in the region of Marina Alta in the heart of the Costa Blanca.

Our traditional Spanish village is close to famous places like Calpe, Javea, Altea and Dénia on the east coast, ideally located between Valencia and Alicante.

The training is non-residential. But we rent a wonderful traditional Spanish townhouse for our students for the seven nights of training. It is located 10 minutes' walk from LaVi Sound and Yoga® Academy.

Here you can stay in a single room with bathroom for 60€ per night (incl. healthy lunch) or shared room with shared bathroom for 40€ per night (incl. healthy lunch). You can use the shared kitchen and common spaces as well as a cute outdoor patio to enjoy the Spanish weather.

Our lovely cook Simone will provide you with a healthy, freshly prepared vegetarian lunch every day, using local fresh ingredients in the comfort of your own town house.

LaVi Sound and Yoga® Academy

The training takes place in our cosy Academy in Jalon. You will enjoy a sacred space for this training. Our 2 cute doggies Bella and Jasmine are always there to welcome you with kisses and love.

We offer you an intimate Elemental Sound Bath training with only 9/10 students to ensure you the best opportunity to understand and practise effectively in the best conditions as possible.

We will take time to help and teach you the practice of some instruments like hangdrum, native flute, singing bowls of all kinds and more.

A group training is the occasion to create a real dynamic and allow us to be ourselves without judgment or shame. It is a unique experience where we create connections on all levels of our being. Our goal is to be there to support the process of holding the group in tune with the practice for the benefit of your personal inner growth and understanding.

Vincent creates a safe space where you can surrender and trust in the process of your own self-healing ability for helping others.

By combining all his knowledge of Sound Healing, Reiki, Zen-Thaï Yoga Massage and Breath Work, Vincent offers a unique holistic teaching for you to gain more healing experience.

For over 20 years, Vincent has been studying spirituality in a variety of ways. A key part of this journey has been following specific teachings with Buddhist Masters. His years of experience in psychology and spirituality are the base to support you to find your true nature.

This holistic approach and the combination of all of Vincent's experience and knowledge makes this professional training rich and unique. He will share with you all his tools which means this Sound Healing training goes far beyond a classic Sound Therapy training.

  Laura is a certified RYT® 500h yoga teacher and Reiki Master Teacher.
  Together with her partner Vincent Clénet, she founded LaVi Sound & Yoga® and has been leading her own international yoga trainings since 2018.

  In this training, she shares her knowledge from over 10 years of yoga practice. Since the beginning of her spiritual path, she has been studying the teachings of the elements of the various traditions, which she will share with you in this training.

  She has completed various yoga trainings with different focuses and studied under internationally renowned yoga teachers, including Indian teacher Surinder Singh, David Lurey and Mirjam Wagner, Liliana Lakshmi, Jason Crandell, and many others.
