Learn our unique, five-elements approach to group sound therapy. While many standard practices rely only on the repetitive play of crystal bowls, we teach you how to weave a rich tapestry of diverse instruments—including gongs, shamanic drums, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls. You will learn to design and sequence dynamic, immersive sound journeys rather than monotonous sound experiences, giving you dedicated hands-on practice days to confidently facilitate deeply restorative group sessions.

To prepare your body and mind for the day, each morning begins with a grounding yoga and meditation practice led by Laura. These sessions combine gentle movement, pranayama breathing, and mindfulness techniques designed to balance your chakras and keep you centered throughout your training journey."

Our Academy is located in Jalon (Xaló), Spain. The nearest major airports are Alicante (ALC) and Valencia (VLC). From either airport, you can reach us easily by renting a car, booking an airport shuttle service, or taking public transit.

Please note: If you plan on taking the bus, transport via Alicante is generally more accessible and straightforward than from Valencia.

Yes, absolutely! Upon successful completion of all training days, you will receive an official certificate from the LaVi Sound & Yoga® Academy, qualifying you to confidently facilitate intuitive sound healing sessions and elemental sound baths both individually and for groups.

No, you do not need to bring or own any instruments. Our Academy is fully stocked with an extensive selection of high-quality singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and therapeutic instruments for you to practice with during the course. We will also guide you on how to choose and purchase your own instruments if you wish to build a collection afterward.
